That's actually the worst nightmare: an app that only works if you activate every possible security feature on your phone. If you don't, it simply won't work, and you'll probably end up having to switch banks, because it's virtually impossible to complete transactions without being able to check them.On top of that, there's no longer an independent Web UI (for people like me who prefer handling transfers, payments, and statements on a laptop): to open the Web UI, you need approval for a 3-minute session from the app on your phone. When the session expires, you have to request approval again and again. Any transaction through the Web UI requires yet another approval from the app! I've been using online banking for the last 25 years in different countries, but I have never encountered such a user-unfriendly piece of ... software.

I’ve been using this banking app for a while now and I’m honestly very impressed. The interface is clean, simple, and easy to navigate, which makes everyday tasks like checking my balance, transferring money, and paying bills super quick.The security features also make me feel safe, with options like Face ID login and instant alerts for any activity.

A total infringement of your personal privacy rights. The bank sneakily rolled out this app which requires facial recognition saying it is for your security. A farce! And the app crashes every time you try to open it.
