After I scan a note it shows the page that gives the information about it but as soon as it pops up, the screen goes white and says no information found and gives the option to retake

I scan a coin and I get lots of information but I just want a simple explanation of coin. Now I get all kinds of information that I don’t care about. Can you adjust your information viewing?

I wanted to like this app, but it isn’t going to recognize an ancient coin unless it’s in mint uncirculated condition. I spent $8 to try it on a bunch of high graded NGC coins and it didn’t recognize any of them. And the “valuation” feature is just that it searches eBay for the listings that match your coin.
