Playtime Scheduler is the best pickleball app for ease of use, player communication, and powerful scheduling features. No more text or email chains trying to setup games. Each player controls what communication they want to receive and how they want to receive it. Schedulers can create, edit, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any session they put in, and then the app automatically handles player communication. And the app works for players getting together a pickup game. Set up lists of friends or players with specific skill levels, then create a private or public session for just those players. It couldn’t be easier.

This free app is far better organized and easier to use than any others I've seen or used. I can list all our groups play times for the week in less than five minutes. One of the best things is you can post "invite only" sessions, where only those players you like, and who are at your level, are notified and invited to come play. Although it's nice to help new or weak players, most prefer to be challenged and engaged when they are not offering lessons. And you can also see where and when other groups are planning to use the courts, so you can plan appropriately.

I am the president of our Pickleball club and I do the scheduling for our indoor and outdoor courts. The new app has so many features that make my job so much easier. I usually schedule the courts for one month at a time and Playtime makes it very easy to set it up and later very simple to make changes if a conflict comes up. There are 5 other small towns all with their own courts and they all use Playtime. With just a few clicks you can see the times, days, and who is playing. I don’t know what I would do without the ease of Playtime.
