The free EZ Set EQ app provides easy-to-use room equalization for optimized sound quality. The built-in microphone of a supported iOS device can be used for the calibration. Compatible with all models of JBL MA series AV Receivers. Note: For the best experience, please check your AVR is running the latest firmware.

Though not as full featured as some other equalizers like Audyssey it gets the job done quickly. Doesn’t require a special microphone. I do recommend you set your speaker distances and crossovers in the amplifier setup app before running this to get the best performance. My only complaint is I wish they would add the ability to save multiple profiles.
