The first Searchino update of 2026 is finally here! Please note: a small number of users may experience an issue where pages load to a black screen instead of displaying normally. Unfortunately, this appears to be a bug with watchOS rather than something specific to Searchino, so it is not something that I can fix from within the app. I have already filed a bug report with Apple, and it will need to be resolved by them in a future watchOS update. Sorry for the inconvenience. Bookmarks: - A game controller icon has been added to the list of available icons for bookmarks. - Opening a bookmark now saves it to your history. Design: - The app icon has been redesigned and updated to include Liquid Glass. Search: - On watchOS 11 and above, you can now double-tap to search on supported watches. More double-tap actions may be added in a later update.

In June, Searchino celebrated its 1st birthday! Here's what's new in this version: Bookmarks: - Add bookmarks to quickly visit your most used sites, or to search something you often need. - Choose from a variety of icons and set a custom name for each bookmark. - You can add a bookmark for both URLs and search queries. Design: - The menu system has been redesigned for easier navigation. - Accent colours have been refined to feel more native to watchOS. Localisation: - Searchino now supports English, French, German, Spanish, and Russian. - If you notice any issues with translations, please email apps@consciousb.one and, if possible, include a suggested correction. Bug fixes: - Tweaked some code to address an issue where history may not save correctly when visiting URLs.

Search history: - See your previous searches and what search engine you used to search them, as well as the URLs you have visited. - This will not include any searches you have made before updating to version 6. New menu system: - The menu lets you see your history, view the onboarding and about pages, and change settings. UI tweaks: - Items in the menu now have icons.
