I recently got the Tennis channel app the great thing about it arethere a lot of matches that are available and they work great and their replays are amazing. The only bad part about this is when you click on the live feed from the Tennis channel. The sound doesn’t match the actual action there’s always a delay. You could hear the ball being struck after the points over And so there’s tons of issues with sound so you have to go to the other life feed, which is the non-Tennis channel which doesn’t have that issue so I hope that it gets fixed

I really enjoy the access to live and on-demand tennis through this app — it’s one of the best ways to follow both ATP and WTA matches. That said, the user experience could be improved with a few key updates:1.Commentary Indicator: There’s currently no way to tell whether a match replay includes commentary. This is frustrating, especially when some doubles matches (even finals) are uploaded without any commentary and it’s not labeled clearly. A simple tag would go a long way.2.Search & Filter Features: The search function is extremely limited. It would be great to filter matches by player, singles vs. doubles, or tournament. Right now, you can’t easily find doubles matches or search by format, which makes it harder to follow specific players or teams.I’m a loyal user and fan of the content, but these small improvements would dramatically improve usability and viewer satisfaction.

I purchased a monthly subscription to the Tennis Channel using the iPad app. The purchase went through with an acknowledgment of the payment via email by Apple and tTC, but the subscription was never activated and the app said I was not subscribed. I called support at both the Tennis Channel and Apple and they both said it was the problem of the other one, not them. I canceled the Apple purchase and then bought a subscription directly from tTC, and that gave me immediate access to the tennis matches. It is great to have streaming access, but beware trying to purchase it through this app.

While there are still some bugs and the login slash subscribe process is annoying this is much improved from before. The subscription itself seems to now include the tv schedule which was always the biggest problem with tennis channel plus. Also the month to month plan is so much better and getting stuck into a year where you didn’t need to with tennistv! Thank you for finally doing all this!
