I have used the app for several years. Overall It seems to function pretty well, particularly for checking the money and quota balances. Usually I buy my packages through the app. My biggest issue: When buying a package it is difficult to determine what you are getting. Unfortunately I read very little Bahasa and all the package descriptions and Ts and Cs are in Bahasa. I don’t understand the different internet quotas. What is difference between Internet, HOOQ, CloudMax, and MAXstream? Finally, BEWARE. It will let you buy the same package TWICE, which means you just have double the quota. This happened to me when I failed to receive a message the purchase went through (I think I actually received an error) but I tried again and BOTH packages were concurrently added to my account, e.g. with the SAME end date. and payments deducted.
Not user friendly with multiple accounts

This app used to work well with multiple accounts, now it requires you to click a link on an sms before allowing you to switch between your own accounts. This is not very user friendly if you happen to have multiple accounts on different phones. If I want to manage the phone account on phone #1, I now need to forward the login sms link sent to phone #1 to phone #2, for then to click the link. Please make a better solution for those of us that have two or more phones and would like to manage all phone accounts in just one app without having to forward login sms.
Telkomsel: A Disastrous Experience Worth Avoiding

Rating: 0 out of 10Telkomsel, the service provider you should avoid at all costs. My experience with them has been incredibly unsatisfactory, unpleasant, and downright ridiculous. Their customer service is abysmal, to say the least. When I reached out to them with queries, all I received were automated robot replies that provided no real assistance. It seems like the only way to get a response from them is by publicly tweeting, but even then, their promises to solve problems turn out to be empty.What's even worse is the exorbitant amount of money I've spent on their services. I paid $50 US for 2 SIM cards, and on top of that, I had to purchase additional data multiple times, which has likely amounted to more than $50 per SIM card. However, despite being a paying customer, Telkomsel abruptly decided to cut off my connection without any valid reasons or explanations. It's worth mentioning that I'm using a local mobile phone, have paid all the necessary taxes, and both SIM cards are valid until the end of August. Yet, here I am, two weeks later, with no internet or network access whatsoever.In summary, I strongly advise staying away from Telkomsel and their ludicrous services. Their poor customer service, lack of responsiveness, and inexplicable disconnections make them a service provider not worth your time or money. Explore alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and reliability, as Telkomsel falls far short in both areas.

It’s getting harder to use this app, bugs and errors, layers of popups that meant to be helpful but only slow everything and hard to close. Can’t even do a simple transaction to pay for my bill without closing popups and “helpful” info bubbles to then get an error message to restart the app and just wasting hours, and still can’t buy a data package as I’m running out of internet. Will probably have to go use WiFi somewhere because will run out of my data internet today. And that’s been for several months, buttons and interface and payment options s keep changing so to keep me confused on purpose, just dreading every time I have to pay my Telkomsel bill. Zero stars.
