I just updated the app and the ui is completely change, the button looks big the text looks overlapped, it’s not smooth.Many feature that were useful are missing.

Bring Back Full Transaction History

I liked the previous version of the bank app much more. It was simple and easy to use. In the old version, I could clearly see the full transaction history, including both the money that came into my account and the money that went out. It was very convenient to track everything in one place.In the current version, it only shows payment history. Now it is difficult to see how much money was received and from where. The app has become more complicated than before, and it is not as user-friendly.I hope the developers bring back the full transaction history feature like in the previous version, so users can easily track all incoming and outgoing transactions.

Overall great but has let me down a few times

Bank apps have undoubtedly made online payment easier and so has Nabil bank app. However, one complaint would be that it sometimes betrays when it doesn’t load when I need to pay for something. It has happened 3 times so far. So this needs to be worked on. In a world where we barely carry cash as backup, bugs like this has really put me in a tight spot
