I have been using this App for a while now with no challenges until recently when I was logged out and had to re-verify. The link for verification expires in 15 seconds but the link even when it’s sent, it will arrive in my text after about 5 minutes or more and I can’t use it.I believe this is from a recent update of the APP and must be looked into, I have an eSIM and roaming and if this could be the reason then the App should be updated to help the many individuals who would be in the same position. This review is to request for this situation to be looked into.

I sold my old phone and bought a new one and I’ve been trying to log into the momo app for a couple of weeks now but haven’t been successful. I’m not able to receive an OTP to verify my number. I’ve been to the nearest customer care center on two occasions but they couldn’t help. They escalated the issue and someone called me from MTN and took me through the same process I was taken through when I went to the customer care center (delete and reinstall). I’ve done this three times but still can’t receive the OTP. What exactly is the problem that customers keep experiencing. I spoke to another person and he said same. Fix it cos I can’t risk being on the MyMTN app which you advised customers to quit using cos of its low security level making it easy for fraudsters to hack

This app used to be terrible and completely useless but the user experience has finally been fixed. Thanks to whoever came up with the new experience. Last thing that needs to be fixed is merchant QR codes. I get the “this is not a valid MoMo qr” message a lot. Minor inconvenience but will be a game changer if it works well

I had great hopes for this app only for them to crashed in a matter of seconds. You have introduced a new app that’s great news but why do we have to download a new app. Why not just add the new features to the old one. Don’t get me wrong the interface is great but the developers need to work on the functionalities. For instance the approval menu does not show approvals for airtime(i.e when you buy multiple data and you don’t want to constantly type your pin in the normal way). That’s is kinda annoying. And don’t get me started on them cash out option. It’s trash. DEVELOPERS NEED TO GET WORK HARDER AND SMARTER
