Needed to send a 3 page fax to the IRS - downloaded the app, created fax, uploaded the pdf, entered the number and pressed send - failed due to “unknown reasons”. Tried multiple times including toll free and non toll dress numbers same issue. Read other reviews and troubleshooted with WiFi connection confirmed as reliable and high speed, tried cellular and my neighbors WiFi - same issue. Restarted app, made sure I was on the most recent version - essentially all the steps that others have been told to do. Ended up driving to UPS and printing and faxing the doc - went through successfully first time. Cancelled the subscription and requested a refund from apple

Unsuccessful fax and nonexistent contact information

Earlier in the day I had to Fax some important documents at my local DMV. After downloading the app, purchasing the $6.99 subscription, and attempting several times to fax my documents, they were all unsuccessful. Since all attempts to fax my documents were unsuccessful through this app, I was forced to download and use another app which did end up working. I would like to receive a refund and cancel future payments because the faxing did not work. There was also no email or any contact information available on the app or online so I am leaving my comments here.

Dumb app froze while sending

Of coarse I waited until the deadline. After scanning with this app I put my original documents in the mail. When I returned I found the app stuck saying my fax was ready to send. The documents did not save to my phone and all I can see is my document is ready to send and the circling icon that says it’s thinking. I hope they send. I have waited three hours so far and it’s still stuck in limbo. I canceled my subscription I paid the dollar and seven cents for before it renews automatically at ten bucks. All for nothing.
