Unfortunately, this apps verification process is ridiculous. The gaming site was well done and enjoyable. When it comes to being verified, apparently the documentation that they initially ask for, the scanning of id/face , copies of utility bill, bank stmt is not good enough. All other sites have not had an issue with any of documents. The issue with them gets worse when you ask to delete your account. On the sixth email, 4 included id and still receiving emails asking for more documentation. Worst site I have experienced and hope to never have to go through this again on any other sites. Do not waste your time, I was going to redeem less then 100 and they refused to verify me.
