This has been extremely helpful and has streamlined things for me. As a contractor, I am constantly on the go and don’t have time to sit at a computer or a desk. Being able to put together an estimate on the go has been a game changer. I can also easily track my expenses on a project with this!There’s a lot of features that cut out the need to have multiple applications and subscriptions running at once. With this I can create estimates and invoices so I can collect and not miss out. I can also track my receipts and expenses. This cuts out another program I need and I can keep right on top of how much I’m making on every project. I also like the feature which helps me track all the needed appointments that I’ve set on each project as when you run multiple at once, things can start to get a little crazy keeping track of all appointments and inspections. EmendoAI is an innovative tool to streamline the home construction process, i.e. schedule, estimates, BOM, budgeting, etc. The app provides an intuitive workflow and supports projects of all sizes. The use case can be catered to professional contractors, individuals real estate investors, and even short term rental property managers/investors. I found the bookkeeping feature really useful for tracking expenses for multiple projects/properties that can be easily exported to tax softwares or tax accountants.
