Very easy and convenient to use. I don’t have to worry if I have coins to pay for parking. The only thing that I had problem on is adding another credit card to my account. It only allows one.

If you are a foreigner traveling to Portugal, I would NOT recommend using this app. The support people did not want to deal with an English-speaking customer.The major issue we have with this company is that there is no in-person help after normal working hours. So, if you have any issues, as we did, you are out of luck. You can't wait for an email for the next day when you need to park right away.The parking lots were NOT staffed after hours, but only remotely. The remote staff (available via a speaker button at the parking facility) would not help at all. It would have been very easy to resolve but they did not want to help at all. We had to spend another $30 to park that evening.
Warning! App will keep charging even after stop using it

This app will charge your card again even when you stop using the app. I just can’t believe it given that the country (Portugal) puts it on their parking street sign legally. And then the card charges you illegally. It charged me months later when I was in another country and not using this app at all. I contacted their customer service and it was not to any use. It was a waste of time and money. Be careful with this app and if you end up using it then monitor every transaction and contact your bank institution for any extra charges.

They steal credit card information, allow anyone to authorize credit card transactions 2 MONTHS after you left the country and have the gall to put the blame on you. Apparently if you have a rental and you add a car, anytime ANYONE uses Telpark after you can use your credit card information without requiring authorization or verification. They take weeks to reply and only after a threat of fraud. They authorized 5 back to back transactions amounting to about $41 each so essentially stole $200 from me. NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED A COMPANY COMMITTING BLATANT FRAUD AND THIEVERY.
