Why does the new app show almost everything except the balance which is more important than everything else it shows???Also, doesn’t work often so it makes paying your bill directly to BTC not possible. I’ve had to pay via my bank which is not instant because it can take up to 3 or more business days for BTC to receive payment.

It only works correctly on the Apple iPhones. It thinks an iPad is an iPhone and will not configure correctly to the screen. Fine I suppose if you don’t use an external keypad and don’t mind turning your screen to fit the application. Otherwise, a nuisance.Couldn’t use my landline phone number to log in. Had to use my email address. Tried making a payment using my credit card. Their payment processor timed out several times. Did get it to finally take my credit card after multiple attempts. This lack of functionality would annoy most people in to deleting the application.I suppose it isn’t bad for a first attempt, however, it has been out for over a year. One would have thought some of these issues would have been addressed by now. All tolled, better than having to go in to one of their stores to pay your bill but the frustration is only marginally less.

The payment option does not work very well, I have to try it anywhere from 3 -7 times before I can effect a payment. When time is an issue (which is most of the time) I have to try for a couple days as going to physically stand in line to make a payment is a last resort.Writing this review is problematic. The paragraph above must have been written years ago and I don’t have an option of writing a new one. I no longer have to wait, I’m able make a payment the first time. The payment system is the worse I have encountered period, thankfully I’m able to make a payment despite the obstacles so that is a plus.

This app use to be great but now it’s 🤮. It won’t even open. Fix it please. I hate having to go into a btc store to pay my bills. To make matter even worst, It won’t open on a desktop either. The site just turns to a blue screen when you try to log into your account.
