So the ease of the app itself is pretty good. Some things though that are annoying: I have dark mode selected but it’s only on part of the app. The dark mode should also be on the page of of the litter box functions. Also, I absolutely hate that its in Military time. Its very confusing. Lastly, there should be a feature to add your cats that you have in your home and their weight manually so you can identify who is using the litter box. Many other litter box apps have this feature. Id be happy to give a 5 star review once some of these things have improved. Thank you.

The letterbox itself has been amazing! the app could use some work. Please allow the option to use a standard time display rather than military time. I also don’t receive notifications as to when the cat has used the litterbox… that’s a let down. In addition, please give a description as to what the settings change, the settings are very vague.

It kinda works….the constant ad is annoying, especially if you’ve already done the warranty. There is little functionality.. Sometimes the app speaks to the device, and sometimes you’re making changes to the void. I’m supposed to get notifications, and I don’t…..not a fan.

They have is terrible. The litter box is tiny as far as where the cats get in litter seems to stick to the bottom constantly so if he pees, it doesn’t empty that out it never tells me when it’s full or when it’s a low one letter or anything that matter, and now that. Put in my account number or something that I don’t and I can’t even go to the health center without putting in this number
