Order Accepted but they can’t deliver

I’ve ordered from this company before, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite accepting my order and address, they now expect me to figure out an alternative delivery address because their chosen US shipping provider, GOFO, cannot deliver to military installations, federal government facilities, or PO Boxes.I recently moved. Who just has a second address available? Where, specifically, was I informed before checkout that GOFO could not deliver to my address? Customers shouldn’t be left to resolve a shipping issue that should have been addressed before checkout. Very disappointing.
Poorly made prescription and low-quality glasses.

If you are a serious person who relies on your glasses for daily living—out of necessity—then this company is not for you. You have to wait an excessively long time—months—for your prescription glasses to arrive, only for them to show up with an incorrect prescription. When you try to contact them, they fail to provide a clear explanation of how they intend to resolve the issue; you leave voicemails at the company number, but they never call you back. You send emails, but you only receive one reply per day—and even then, the response is never clear. This is the worst company imaginable 😔; I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Don't fall for it.

Poor Order Visibility and Lack of Communication

I downloaded this app to track my eyeglass order after payment, but my order never appeared in the app and no confirmation or tracking information was provided. I attempted to contact customer service via phone and chat with no response.The only communication I received occurred AFTER I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller then asked me to close the dispute before providing shipping proof, which I declined. PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a refund due to lack of shipment verification.Delays happen during the holidays, but basic order acknowledgment, visibility, and communication are essential. Unfortunately, this app did not provide those.
