Can’t Believe it!

This is an edit to the message I left earlier. I decided to try clearing the fish tank by playing the match 3 option. I had to watch a few videos to get enough stars, but it worked! After playing the match game you automatically are given the “earring” needed to proceed. I’m very happy about this and maybe someone else can try it also if having trouble!I tried to go straight to the website where it said I could get help, but try as I did it kept telling me it couldn’t connect to the server. So I thought I might have luck here. I made it well past half way in the game until I came to the fish tank where I had to make the net to find the starfish, mermaids, and catfish. I found every item and can see that I’m supposed to be picking up something but it isn’t there. I have backed out of the game and retried several times now with the same luck. I also checked for an update, but nothing. I’m so disappointed. I was enjoying this game so much. Now I have no choice but to stop and try and find another game. If something can be done, please let me know. I have been on a kick going through all the games over the last few weeks and enjoying them very much. I have made sure to check comments first and try not to download any that are said to have trouble. This one didn’t have many reviews but it said that in the last update that things were fixed. I think I read that was 3 weeks ago. So maybe this issue was missed?

The game was overall challenging and fun with an interesting story that informed the quest. The aquarium HOP game towards the end is broken. I had to use the match 3 option to solve it instead. The rest of the game ran smoothly, but that part was frustrating. I hope the devs can fix it in a future update.

I was selecting the correct locations but neither the crayon or food container register when put in correct area. Very frustrating.
