Password Issues

Every time I try and sign in with my password that I wrote down and took a photo of, it says password not valid. I have had to change the password 6 times since yesterday. When I try and reset I get an error message so I delete the app and reinstall . Then I can change password, However when I try and sign in, says password not valid . Also the app shakes up and down when trying to sign in . The support link here is useless. Will only take me to sales.

The issue causing login failures has been fixed.You should be able to sign in with your current password without any issues going forward. I created a password and saved it in my password manager. Upon trying to login I got an invalid username or password message. Clicked the reset password link and it took over 12 hours for the link to arrive in my emailTried creating a new password and after hitting the confirm button all I get is a spinning circle. Have reached out to support and hope they’ll be able to help me.
