Live stream stays black, never actually displays video. Also, playback does not work. The app does not do what the main purpose of the app is for. Last updated 8 months ago so clearly they dont care about user feedback.

The app is the typical Chinese simple app. Broken English, simple design… but it works well so far. I was able to provision my dashcam without any problems and both playback and configuration of the dashcam seem to work. I didn’t like the fact that the app requested access to my Bluetooth devices since the dashcam is WiFi, but I imagine this is because there are other model dashcams that only understand Bluetooth. So… who knows. Overall the app is effective and does what it is supposed to do. Good enough for me.

Works locally but not on the phone

This seemed like a great product but live previews absolutely don’t work. As well as viewing the playback on app album will not load. Tech support email me to get this resolved.

I just got the camera today and the app won’t connect to the cam at all, the cam itself connects to my phone but the app won’t detect it. Definitely needs to be fixed asap
