"This app is kind of like getting a text from a good friend telling you how much they appreciate you: it takes a few seconds to read, puts a smile on your face, and reminds you what's really important in life. Simple, effective, uplifting. I love it!" - adamattcha "I love this app so much!! Yes this app is very simple but wow, I think it’s actually making me happier in life? Like the reminders throughout the day are wonderful and relax me, I actually get excited for each new one lol, the pictures are great too, and I don’t know where they get each quote/saying from but they’re really awesome and perfect I think. I’m really happy and thankful an app like this exists, I love it :) -- Spanish 3 student" #Mindful is a daily dose of mindfulness when you need it most. Different messages remind you to take a pause from anxiety and stress and just be present to the beautiful experience of life. Share meditations that resonate and it will show you more like it. You may use this app for free, but if you wish to support our mission of delivering thousands of moments of mindfulness each day, patronage subscriptions are available. Okay first things first..i do not want to get emotional writing this but long story short i am very young ( in middle school ) and i have problems with my body image i have depression and anxiety sometimes i just hate myself and sit in my bed all day doing nothing. and i really do want to change but it's hard and i just want to be recognized for my hard work. it's even hard to just wake up and accept that you are you , you are a human being living breathing eating . and then there are some days i just want to cry. so this app really helps me get through the day sometimes when i go in public i just want to breakdown i also start tearing up a little bit because it's like all eyes are on me. so when things like this happen i just have a app that sends me a notification right away and i some sorta feel better. to anyone reading this you are beautiful don't care what anyone has to say just do you i know it's hard but you will get through it even though i don't know you or know what you look like i love you and i really really mean it 💗💗 don't ever give up love :/ i understand .

This daily mindfulness affirmations app is a wonderful tool for anyone who wants to start their day with positivity and peace. The app provides encouraging affirmations that help build confidence, reduce stress, and promote self-love. Each message is simple, powerful, and easy to understand, making it perfect for people of all ages. I especially like how the app sends daily reminders, which help me stay consistent and focused on my personal growth. The design is clean, calming, and easy to navigate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Using this app every day has helped me think more positively and feel more motivated. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their mindset and practice mindfulness daily.

You all need to make sure that you are able to add as many brand-spankin’ new features into this type of app. In this way, no matter what types of users of it in general ever listen to it in general, that then they will always be able to learn as much as they could just through this type of app itself in particular. In this way, this type of app will never ever have to limit itself to all the types of features that it could ever have to present to any sorts of viewers in general, but also that it would always be able to be translated into as many different worldwide foreign languages as possible. In this way, no matter who it is that ever listens to it, that then, they will always be able to use it in whatever ways that they all would ever want to regardless of what parts of the planet that they all live in, regardless of whatever types of computers, portable devices or whatever it may be that they all ever choose to use at any points in their own futures.

Bring the old version back!

I used to love this app, but ever since they changed the app’s mindfulness feature it just isn’t the same. I used to love getting notifications in the morning like for example, “take a deep breath in… think of ways you can love yourself today. Smile”. I think these types of messages promoted mindfulness and served as a reminder to take a break from our stressful lives. However, the app has changed so much in these past couple of months. Instead of naming the app “#mindful” the developers should rename the app to “#daily quotes” because that’s what this app has become. Now, I get daily quotes and sometimes I get the same daily quote a couple of times a month. If I wanted to read daily quotes, I would’ve downloaded an app that would give me daily quotes. I’ve downloaded this app for mindfulness reasons and as a reminder to take a deep breath in every once in a while… I didn’t download this app for daily quotes. Please bring the old version back! This isn’t a daily quotes app. It’s a mindfulness app!!!

Make a little room for yourself in a day that won't slow down. This update brings fresh reminders to help you be kinder to yourself, let go of what you can't control, and come back to the present. A few words can be enough to begin again. We've also made it easier to keep that pause close, with clearer guidance for adding #Mindful to your Home Screen.
