Pretty cool

I was skeptical. I was scared. I was a mess in many ways. This practice has honestly been life changing. I’m 3 weeks in & feel so much better and so wildly changed. I can’t express how grateful I am. If you’re looking for something that really works to help you move past - for once and for all - the things and stories and reactions that hold you back and haunt you beneath the surface everyday I highly recommend giving this a try. Even though I’m decently fit and healthy I was a bit nervous about the breath holds. I’ve managed that by just holding for as long as I feel comfortable, I haven’t really gone past that at all which means I’ve mostly maxed out at 130 and even though I’m sure I could go farther I don’t really have any desire to do that and at least at this point and from the results I’ve experienced I don’t see a need to go longer than that. Maybe someday I will feel differently.

Improvements made have made a big difference

At first there were some issues with it shutting down mid journey. They have made so many improvements the app is head sand shoulders better than when it started. They’ve been so responsive and made improvements with feedback. And the pricing has matched is scaled improvements. It’s so much more than just a meditation app. The work put into these recordings includes biaurnal beats, subliminal NLP and breath techniques for literally ever level of transformation your looking for. It’s not a perfect substitution for breathing live with a facilitator, but it’s an incredible pairing to practice at home what you work on shifting with space holding. This is how muscle memory in somatic change really happens.

I will just say that if you are ready for this medicine then this app can completely change you. I have done breath work before but sometimes it’s a pain to coordinate times and get with a group. Also I like to lead myself as opposed to being led by a guru. This app allows me to feel led and like I’m leading myself and I can do it whenever I have a chance. It brings forgiveness and confidence and connection.
