I was excited to switch to Clerk chat because it promised a lot of great benefits for my daily operations as a professional home service provider. I have 4 office staff and we all needed access to text messages. The online platform has a lot of disfuncional issues and the app crashes each time I want to use. Not to mention that they have misleading adds promising to integrate with slack and other platforms.

This app needs a lot of work. Text chats will disappear entirely and force you to start a completely new message with no previous messages available. Then after sending two or three, the rest of the chat will load back successfully. Way too many bugs and issues

The app regularly crashes and forces you to reload and sign in again. You can’t just close and reopen—you have to actually delete and reinstall the app to restore functionality. Super frustrating when it happens in the middle of a back and forth conversation with a customer.
