I paid for the lifetime version of the app when I first tried it out for free there was no clear boxes around the mini apps and dynamic isle it was clear during the trial with nothing around it however when I bought it within 10 minutes there was an ugly clear bubble around the widget I just wish this would either get fixed or my money back😓😓
Sorry for the confusion. We may not have fully understood which exact situation you are seeing, so here are the most likely cases.First, Koco Widgets has three widget materials: Transparent, Liquid Glass, and Solid. When adding a widget to the Home Screen, you need to swipe left or right in the iOS widget picker and choose the material before placing it. If this step was not noticed, it may feel like the widget changed randomly before and after purchase.Second, transparent widgets on iOS 26 may still show a subtle white highlight or edge effect. This is added by the iOS system itself and is not something Koco Widgets adds after purchase.Third, if your Home Screen is using iOS Tinted mode and Full Color Rendering in Tinted Mode is turned off in Koco Widgets, MiniApps may show Bubble-style icons instead of the original app icons. This is because Koco Widgets cannot access the original layered icon assets of other apps. If we directly apply tinted rendering to normal app icons, many complex icons can become blurry or hard to recognize, so we currently use a more optimized Bubble-style rendering as a balanced solution. We understand some users prefer the original app icons. In a future update, we plan to add an option so users can choose whether to display the original app icons or the cleaner Bubble-style icons in this mode.If you still want a refund, refunds are handled by Apple through the official App Store refund process.
