A bit confusing

I found this app a bit confusing, and as a result, inadvertently cancelled my non refundable trip. I called and was given the run around, but eventually reassured that I would be refunded and went ahead and rebooked my trip - essentially paying double for it at the time. I was recently refunded. It took about 6 months. Quite frankly I am grateful to have that money back. I just hope that they fix the app so it’s not so easy to make this mistake. If you’ve already booked and try to make changes, decide it’s best not to try to make changes and simply try “x-ing” out, you will accidentally cancel your trip, and it’s not clear how to avoid this problem. While the app probably has its uses, I’d not try not to use it until you check in and it’s clear you won’t accidentally cancel your hotel.

Doesn’t support all hotels

We are planning on staying at the Barcelo Bavaria Palace. This does not even come up on the list of hotels. When you start to search, the Bavaro Grand shows up. However, when you click on that option (which is part of the same property), you get a message that this hotel is not available on the app.
