I purchased this primarily to mow for me and I don’t mind the very random and weird ways it mows because it does an ok job that still saves me time - when it works. I’ve had it less than a month and already had to send it in for repair because it’s never completed a mow without multiple errors, but I also discovered that one of the reasons I purchased it was removed from the app. I want to be able to remote control mow areas outside its regular zone, because of a locked fence so scheduling is difficult. Please return my mower fully functional and add remote mowing back.

New customer here! Have had this less than a month. I’ve absolutely loved it until today. The app was updated as “optimized functions and interactive experience”.Well that’s a bold lie- they removed the option to manually cut while remote controlling. So, now with this update, you can own a remote controlled lawn mower than you cannot cut with other than mapping the area ( this thing misses little areas which remote driving and cutting was a must- as well as areas it cannot map)Bring this back asap, will 5 star when it’s what I paid for. Literally on the box and paper work- remote control your lawn mower.. It’s not a lawn mower when in remote mode- just a slow remote controlled car :(

I am a big fan of Sunseeker. It took me less than 30 minutes to figure out how to set it up and map my whole yard without reading any instructions at all. It is very intuitive. I created 3 zones and a schedule and Barney has been mowing flawlessly now for almost 2 weeks. I have owned other brands AutoMower and I have to say this is much easier to operate and install by myself. Highly recommend the X7 Plus. Great app!
