This has to be the most frustrating app. My linked accounts keep getting changed or removed, or the transfer doesn’t go through, sometimes a when it goes through it shows as not gone through. Even the otp generation most of the time is delayed and as a result cannot add payee or process payment. The Bank doesn’t seem to care about enhancing customer experience unfortunately

Developer team is so pathetic, every second day linked down and app doesn’t work for sometimes more than 1-2 days and sometimes it transfer funds twice and I give 1 star just for the on bank physical staff they just have good communication skills but I won’t recommend this bank. Right now bank app isn’t working I called twice and I keep waiting for representative around 20-25 minutes
