Version 2.0 is a complete rewrite of the implementation, with a focus on performance and reliability. Major issues of the previous versions, such as inconsistent progress tracking have been fixed, and the UI has been updated to improve the user experience.

This update fixes an issue with playback skip duration not being set initially. It now defaults to 30 seconds, unless changed in the Settings page.

You can now choose your preferred skip duration in Settings, and playback speed can go up to 6x for even quicker listening.

Playback is now smoother and more responsive, with improved battery efficiency while listening.

You can now see audiobook progress as a percentage in your library. We also added a simple Settings page so you can decide whether 30‑second rewind/fast‑forward should cross chapter boundaries.

This update brings a slight adjustment to the way rewind works. Skipping back 30 seconds will no longer send you to the previous chapter.

Version 1.3.2 fixes an issue that prevented some audiobooks from being imported due to a failure to extract chapter titles.

This version introduces a potential fix for file size increases due to sync issues between the audiobook library and the imported files. With this update, a clean-up is performed at every app launch, which removes all files that are not reflected in your library.

You can now set the player to stop playing at the end of a chosen chapter. Perfect for drifting off without missing a word!

Playback speed is now saved per audiobook! Choose your preferred speed, and we’ll remember it until you finish the book or reset your progress.

We’ve made some great improvements to make your audiobook experience even smoother! Now, the app remembers your last listened audiobook and shows it in the mini-player when you open it - no more searching. You’ll also see better duration tracking: new and finished audiobooks display their total time, while in-progress ones show how much is left.
