You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

I really like the note app it put everything into text and separates it up into different groups like a summary, key points, graphs and more 10/10 would recommend especially if you struggle with taking notes while watching a video

I paid for a subscription to Note AI and the features are great until it started to fail to upload the recordings into the system. I contacted Note AI via email about this problem and I kept getting a generic chatbot response over and over again asking me what the problem was despite sending them the information they needed and a screen recording several times. I lost an entire days notes because of bad software. I will not renew and will find another AI note recording app. I should have read through the reviews on this before I tried it out. Reaching out to customer service was useless, they never got back to me with a solution. This app is garbage!

I missed a whole meeting of notes because I didn’t know the app well enough. Fortunately I took notes. But I don’t have time to fiddle with an app to get this job done. I have done it better with other apps.

I really liked it at first and didn’t mind paying the fee but it wouldn’t let me do any more because I had reached my limit for the week. I don’t understand why I have a limit if I paid money. That was really annoying so I’m using a different note taking app and going to delete this one.
