App is easy to use and very helpful.But the limits for deposit are too low and it’s inconvenient to make a deposit that’s more than $2,500

I hate this app. Actually using it is simple and fast. However, signing in is impossible. My password is never correct even though I am positive I am typing the correct one. So then I am forced to create a new one but can’t reuse any previous password. This results in making more and more obscure passwords that I can’t possibly remember. I know that I’m not at fault because I am now (unfortunately) writing my password down and retrieving it when I need to log in. But the app doesn’t recognize a correct password when it’s entered. The only redeeming feature is that the people that help me unlock my account are excellent each time I need their help.

I’ve never had an app meant to be so reliable be more unreliable. I beg you, stop changing what is not broken. I cannot count on both hands the sheer number of times my password was deleted or I was outright locked out of the app after almost every update. The amount of hoops I have to jump through in order to access my own hard earned money is deplorable. Unless they STOP making some serious changes soon, I would highly recommend steering clear of this bank if you value any sort of convenience and clear conscience over your savings.

Everyone at this bank are so helpful and professional. I highly recommend this bank to any small business who is looking to bank in their community.
