I’ve never made music before, But Rythmix made it super easy to get started. The layout is simple and within minutes I Was creating something that actually sounded good. It’s perfect for beginners that wants to try making music without learning everything first.

you pay an annual fee and then it also wants you to buy credits for using it! It states you can use rough song outlines and it will generate to your style. It does not., It has a voice ad feature that I could not get to work. It states you can cancel but makes it next to impossible to cancel. I cancelled through my credit card. All above is in my opinion. In my opinion this is a decieving app that tries to wear you down on cancellation. If your goal is to perhaps write a few words and "pretrend" you created your original work, this might be an app for you. Otherwise it is garbage. Also the screen interface is clearly a limited phone app display and not designed for a macbook.

An advert came up for Rythmix or ______ app, which is better? And Rythmix of course was the winner in the ad. Truth is, I’ve used the competitors app for over a year and they are at least 6 months ahead in terms of technology, options and modifiers, plus additional extensions. All for the same price per month that Rythmix charges per week in hopes you’ll take the much much cheaper year-long subscription. The other app is more expensive by 2x on a year long subscription, but less expensive by 4x on a month to month. This app is trash in comparison, move along.

What I like the most is how simple everything is. You don’t need to understand music production at all. Just a few taps and you already have something that sounds decent. It’s perfect for beginners like me. I’ve been using it almost every day.
