PLEASE fix the app!!

This app is horrible. First there was a so called “update”. The update wiped out EVERYTHING I had saved in my library. Then I started putting things back in the library and the app popped up with an update. This one broke the programming capability. Now when I try to send a program to my LED sign NOTHING HAPPENS. Thanks for making my LED sign I bought for my classroom worthless!!

I literally just got my pre ordered LimeLite Pixel 3 and it’s useless, because their entire product relies on an app that doesn’t work! It’s been stuck on firmware update for hours! I’ve restarted, deleted and reinstalled , nothing helps. And of course, there’s no customer support. The bag is solid, the app is trash!
Don’t buy until they fix their app!

64x128 doesn’t have much support or fonts. It does wort but not impressed. There are no evil eyes as claimed. You can draw your own. Photos are easy to take and display but look pixelated because of the P5 led spacing. I’m keeping the sign in hopes of getting better updates.
