As a first time mom, I highly recommend using this app. It has helped me stay mentally organized which has helped me avoid feeling stressed and overwhelmed. The journaling has been amazing as well. The prompts help make it easier to focus. My favorite is the “5 day plan”. The videos are extremely informative and the notes make it easier to remember all the information.
