This app has some helpful information about my mortgage but has some flaws that are so frustrating. The fact that I’ve called and my wife has called to try to fix the problems is beyond frustrating to us. We simply want to increase the amount we pay towards the principal but the app pops up an error message each time. When we call and talk to a human at Guild, they’re baffled and can’t believe we have the gall to call and complain about their amazing app. Plus, for 2 months we’ve not been able to pay additional money towards our principal. I believe the app must be designed to keep borrowers paying s long as possible so that Guild can keep collecting interest and profitting off folks like me.
Auto payment doesn't work!

This would've been an ok app if the auto payment worked. Second month in a row, a scheduled auto payment is not happening, even though it was confirmed. What is going on. I have to check each time. Will be making payments by hand, but how long until I forget - EVERYTHING else I have is on auto payment, including another mortgage.
