Empty playlists are still there when you add songs to a playlist. * Fix: Searching for an album now only looks in the library you have selected. * Volume normalization now understands albums. Put one on and the quiet interlude stays quieter than the single, the way it was mastered, instead of every track being flattened to the same loudness — while a shuffle of unrelated songs still evens them all out. "Normalize By" in Stream settings switches back if you prefer every song at one level. Downloaded music needs downloading again to sound the same offline, and only from Jellyfin 12.0 servers. * Finer now works with Shortcuts and Siri. Shuffle all, shuffle your favorites, shuffle your downloads, or play a particular playlist — all without opening the app. Say "shuffle my favorites in Finer", ask Siri for a playlist by name, or build a shortcut that starts the music the moment you connect to your car. Resume, pause and skip are there too. * Tapping a song now always plays it. Artist names in the row were their own links, so aiming for play and landing on an artist page was easy to do by accident. To open an artist, long-press the song and choose "Go to Artist". * CarPlay: Finer starts far quicker from the CarPlay icon instead of leaving you on a blank screen while it gets ready. Album art now survives between drives too, so the covers are already there when you set off rather than being fetched over cellular again every time.

* Improvement: Playback is always gapless now — the Gapless Playback switch is gone from Stream settings, and anyone who had it off gets seamless transitions from here on. * Fix: Tracks are no longer randomly skipped while playing through an album. The longer a session ran, the more likely a track was to be passed over — on the device and in CarPlay alike. * (CarPlay) Fix: CarPlay no longer asks you to open Finer on your iPhone when your credentials are already saved. It now signs in with the stored credentials on its own, and a slow network at the moment the car starts up is no longer mistaken for being signed out. If the server can't be reached in time, CarPlay retries as soon as the network comes back instead of staying stuck on downloads for the rest of the drive. * (CarPlay) Fix: The shuffle-all and shuffle-favorites steering-wheel buttons now work offline — they shuffle your downloaded music instead of doing nothing. * Fix: Playback now resumes on its own after an interruption ends. A phone call or a question to Siri no longer leaves the music paused until you reach for your phone — handy while driving. If you were already paused when the call came in, or another app has taken over the audio, nothing starts playing.

* Feature: The Artists tab has a new "Load Full List" option in the Filter menu that loads the entire artist list at once instead of page by page. When it is enabled and the list is sorted by Name, a Contacts-style alphabetical index appears along the right edge — tap or slide to jump to any letter. * Feature: Album and playlist detail pages (including their offline versions) now show a footer with the song count and total duration. * Improvement: Horizontal carousels on the Home, Artist, and Search pages now scroll all the way to the screen edge instead of stopping short at the page margin. * Fix: Playback no longer fails (stuck at 00:00) on Jellyfin 12.0 servers.
