• Card after card: hold your phone over the table and lay cards down one at a time. Krane shoots each one as soon as it's still and reads it while you lay down the next. Free users can scan 3 in a row. • One camera for everything: pick Card or badge, or Group of cards to read a whole spread from one photo (Pro). • Add several photos at once from your library.

• Small fixes.

• Made for iPhone Duo: unfold it and your cards spread out as a wall, grouped by event. Tap one to see it beside the others, with email and call one tap away. • The same wall on iPad and on big iPhones in landscape. Switch between wall and list any time. • Small fixes.

• Event badges: Scan now reads conference and trade show badges as well as business cards. Krane keeps the name, company, event and badge code, and when a badge has no email or phone, it helps you add their business card to the same contact. • My Card: set up your own card once, and Krane emails it to the people you scan so they can save your details in one tap.

2.1.2: Krane now speaks German, Japanese, French, Korean, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Scan and Photo are separate buttons in the bottom bar, Pro opens Settings when you are already subscribed, and the empty state is calmer. Krane 2.1 is our biggest update yet. • Send to your CRM (Pro): HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or any webhook. Send a card, a selection or a whole event, or every new scan automatically. You can also send the cards you already have. • Events: start one at a conference and every card you scan is filed under it, with where you met filled in. • Works offline: no signal? Krane reads the card on your iPhone and re-checks it when you're back online. • Front and back: add the back of a card and Krane reads both sides together. • Map: see your contacts by their address. • Spotlight, Siri and Shortcuts: find cards from Home Screen search, or say "Scan a card in Krane". • Backup and restore: save all your cards to one file and bring them back any time. • Plus: switch off the "Where did you meet?" question right from the prompt, and many smaller fixes.
