I have followed this instagram channel for many years. Their content is interesting and often informative. The app strikes a similar cord. It looks nice and appears to have much to offer. The programs provide lots of helpful information on training, stretching, and nutrition. However, the app and its content falls short in depth. This could be remedied in one part by adding voiceovers to instructional videos for exercises or stretches that describe how it should feel, be done, proposed rep/set formats, rest time, and the sort. Also, my lone—but noticeable—gripe with the app format is that every time I try to scroll, when I stop the scroll with my finger on top of some option that can be selected, the app registers that I have selected the item. Having to navigate back and forth is aggravating. At this time, I likely will not renew my subscription as my fitness goals and interests are not fulfilled by what this app offers. Still, I would recommend trying at least the free app for yourself. This system as it is might fit your goals and interests.
