They’re responsive, thoughtful, and go above and beyond to make your stay seamless and memorable. A concierge reached out to me the minute I booked to offer her services in arranging cars, recommending restaurants, reserving concert tickets, and giving tips on local hidden gems in Nashville which was invaluable, especially with 10 ladies in tow for the birthday weekend!All the properties I looked at were absolutely stunning — each one was unique and had cool features that made them feel special (like a karaoke bar in the basement!). I had such a hard time choosing a property, even with needing a house for so many guests! I wanted a house full of character and charm so we could all have a great space to come back to after a long night but also be able to stay in and catch up when we got tired of Broadway…the Highball Suite could not have been more perfect! I love discovering boutique properties and being treated like a VIP along the way (without spending a fortune!) and Journey offered my favorite things all in one place. They also offered rewards at a place that would never typically offer points which was such a great bonus…so happy I found it! Highly recommend!

Really impressed with Journey Rewards so far. The app is clean, easy to navigate, and thoughtfully designed. The reward system is simple but effective, it actually makes the experience feel engaging without being overcomplicated.I also appreciate the aesthetic. Everything feels polished and intuitive, which makes the app enjoyable to use. Definitely a well-built platform with a lot of potential.

Tried the app when they first launched 6 months ago..needed some work but loved the idea of earning points and status on Airbnbs and boutique hotels.Just checked it out again to explore hotels for summer travel and it’s now AMAZING. They’ve got like 2,000 properties now and you can use your credit card to earn points (like your Amex) and also get Journey Points.You can’t transfer them yet…But pretty awesome to earn and burn points at places that aren’t Marriott’s and Hilton’s. Love it.
