Built by Chess Players
Lotus Chess was created by two brothers who started playing chess at age four.
After building a math learning app with over 6 million downloads, they set out to create the ultimate chess learning platform.
The result is Lotus Chess: a modern chess training system that combines opening preparation, endgame mastery, and personalized analysis — which is now being used by over 250.000 learners across the world.

I normally use Chessable when it comes to learning openings, but sometimes Chessable is a little “to much “ and unintuitive. LotusChess has developed a way to strengthen areas I’ve been struggling with that I wasn’t able to solve with Chessable. And it seems really geared towards helping you review your pitfalls over selling you stuff. Also, this app isn’t forcing you to break out your wallet every other second. REFRESHING!!! There are other reasons I use this tool over Chessable, but these are the main reasons. Great tool guys, please keep this app/tool up-to-date and fresh!!!
Revolutionary Chess Training at an Unbelievable Price
LukeBallmer
I have been praying for a trainer like Lotus Chess. I am a beginner who has paid for several chess programs and watched hours of content without the results I could tell were possible. Lotus Chess blows everyone else out of the water at a fraction of the price. It makes learning Chess engaging, simple, and clear at every level of the game. I can see myself putting countless hours into training on this app. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful.
If you like memorizing

I love the idea of practicing all the opening until you know them, but the review of just jumping straight to a random position in whatever opening you are studying isn't helpful for me to learn in any way other than memorizing positions. If I could somehow see the moves leading up to it (by maybe pressing a button) I feel like it would be a big help.I will say that using this app in conjunction with other apps that show the theory is helpful but annoying to not have even "show me last three moves" option that I would definitely have over a game.
Waste of money
BR<vortex>
This app is a total waste of time and money if you are trying to learn openings. There’s no explanation to why you need to make a move. There are “Course”, “Crushing” and “Variations” tabs in the app. None of them actually show the right moves or explain why they are the correct ones. It just keeps saying “Make the move you learned”. Where can I learn the moves? I can’t find where I can review the correct moves that I learned a while ago. And I keep getting wrong moves because I don’t remember which one are correct. I’ve looked everywhere. It’s like a guessing game. It’s extremely frustrating. I bought it a yearly subscription and now regret it. I won’t be renewing it for sure.
