When I bought the treadmill, I didn’t realize that it had an app so I was really excited to find this out. However, it doesn’t send your step count to Apple health even though you can see the step count on the treadmill itself. It also doesn’t show your step count in the app. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice if the app would transmit this data to Apple health.

If you were hoping for any sort of step tracking or progress within the app you will be very disappointed. Incredible that all the technology that is made this app does not do something as simple as tally up your steps you have made throughout the day somewhere. Forget about any sort of Apple fitness integration , it doesn't do it .All it offers is some stupid workouts pre-programmed and fitness plans blah blah blah. Some of us just want to turn the treadmill on when we have the opportunity at our desk and at the end of the day know how many steps we walked. This app does not do that. The only way to Track anything is by looking down at the treadmill itself and seeing your total distance and steps on the little screen. Do not even bother using this stupid worthless app.

The info in the app doesn’t always match what the walking pad says but it’s not far off enough to matter. My biggest complaint is the background photo for the QuickStart makes it hard to see the text so I have to look down and wait for the walking pad screen to cycle through the information. I think the background photo should be customizable in all its settings, including setting our own from our photos.

Making plans is horribly awkward, having to set up each and every day individually. Being able to multi select days and appt courses to all of the selected ones at once would fix this. The app doesn’t send fitness and workout info to the Health app. Also, when setting up plans, confirming the workout days doesn’t give you the full calendar for the time period you selected. It also auto selects days that have already passed. The whole app needs a serious rewrite. Thankfully, the equipment doesn’t require the app to use it.
