I had high hopes for this app. And if it would work right it could be great. Unfortunately, less than 12 hours after installing and paying for an annual membership, most of my info hasn’t populated, tiles are blank, and parts of the app are in German. There is no logout option, reinstalling made me set up the app all over again, and I still don’t have a way to request support on the app, or to log out. I’ve requested a refund already but what I ended up with after paying $50 was an AI coach who will tell me what my info shows, but cannot tell me whether it is supposed to appear on my main screen or not, and tiles that don’t give me the information I specifically signed up to have. Also, going to the profile page immediately shows an “upgrade to premium” prompt even though I’ve already paid for premium and returning to the main screen after shows the one tile that was showing up before as blocked because I don’t have a pro subscription. To fix that I have to force close and reopen the app. Not sure why but the install definitely did not work as it should and now I’m stuck with a broken and largely unusable app.
