I have to use this app for an annual professional conference every year. It’s always having issues logging my attendance at sessions. This year it did not allow me to input my information when I signed in and out of sessions. Several of my sessions wouldn’t let me check in on the app. I had to constantly ask conference staff to manually add my attendance for continuing education. This was a common experience for a large number of people at the conference and seems to repeat every year. I hope it isn’t expensive for my professional org to use this app. It’s not worth paying for.

I am trying to used this app to schedule my conference sessions for Oct in Mobile. It keeps kicking me out and when I try to log in I get an error message. Not sure what I’m signed up for at this point. This app can’t handle this many people trying to use it at the same time.
