Needs file request and other features

So I created an account back in June and since then I was enjoying using this app to upload files for the past couple of months till the end of the summer, then took a break from the app for awhile …until recently when I opened the app again after months of inactivity it asked me to sign in again, however when I entered my email address and password that I have saved; it says incorrect password or email I then kept trying a bunch of times to double check if I’m using my right credentials but it still doesn’t work even when I know I’m using my right login, I tried clicking on forgot password to send a notify to my email inbox to reset login but when I do it never sends anything to my email inbox to reset password for me to log back in again as if the email or account doesn’t exist anymore and I even did research on how else to fix this issue and tried everything but nothing has worked! Please help …this situation is very concerning and frustrating as the new recent update or some type of error or bug is causing this issue.

I like this app as the best cloud storage space to add to my free Apple account cloud storage space of 5 GB. If there could be a default or standard addition to free Apple account I-Cloud storage, Ice Drive should be in place as a free extension. I like the rich blue color theme of Ice Drive and I like the fact that its name can complement my free Apple account E-Mail address user name. My Apple I-Cloud E-Mail address user name is elementalawe, which stands for Elemental Air, Water, and Earth.

I’m a paid user of IceDrive and their recent update has fully kicked me out of my account. When I enter my password (that is correct, I’ve checked) it says it’s invalid. I’ve lost precious files in the space that I have no way to access - as IceDrive’s new update is also not pushing the email to recover or reset passwords. This is very concerning, especially as someone who pays a lot of money for the annual subscription to IceDrive.
