It doesn’t Crash out like Cinepolis App did Before, Very Easy to Buy ticket for VIP & Normal Ticket. Best service on top of that you save a lot of time & money if u become super fan.

I’m a rewards member and the app won’t work. Opening screen reads: “We detected your location automatically to show you the correct content and language. Confirm this selection or choose a different country.” The only countries/languages to choose from are listed “Mexico-Espanol, India-English, Espana-Espanol, Chile-Espanol, Argentina-Espanol.” I’m based in Miamj, FL, USA and there’s no option to skip this screen. I chose India as it’s the only English language option available and when I try to log in with my credentials, the page states that the website is blocked. I read another review from this month with the same issue stating that the app is not working in the US.

Looks like a new app has been released, but no luck with this one. I tried to buy tickets for a movie, but I keep getting Error 307, saying my payment was declined due to “safety reasons.” But I’ve tried different cards from different banks and even different people from my household. Still nothing. The message also suggests calling Cineticket, but that line appears as busy. No customer service whatsoever!

We have a local Cinépolis theater in Texas, but this app does not appear to work in the US. After installing, the app would throw an error about internet settings and quit. Using a VPN based in Mexico, the app would load, but once loaded A) all text was in Spanish (with no clear way to change language settings), B) the Cineoplis theater in our area was not available in theaters list. 🤷🏼‍♂️ This app probably shouldn’t be available in the US App Store.
