more So far the app is great, I like the watch complications for steps and heart rate. The app functions well and the data is clear and readable. Yes there is a subscription but most of the things are free to use which is good.
Developer Response Thank you so much for your review! We try to give as much as possible for free while only charging for our features that cost us money. Hope you continue to enjoy the app!

Hey, it's me, Bud. I'm back with some patches to keep things smooth on your end.
Here's what's new:
- Fixed a stuck moment on the Health permissions screen where Continue wasn't doing its job after you approved. Sorry about that one.
- Sleep sessions that start before midnight now get properly counted in your bedtime monitor (no more disappearing acts).
- Nutrition labels now scale by the number of servings you logged, so the numbers match what you actually ate.
- Apple Watch workouts get a summary screen when you string multiple sessions back-to-back. Show off your stack.
- The copy food log date picker stays where you put it instead of jumping back to today. Yes, it was annoying.
Now go drink some water. You know the drill.
3.1.5 1d ago
Well well well, look who's back for more. It’s me, Bud, and I've been tinkering under the hood again.
Here's what's new:
- Apple Watch now gives you a multi-workout session summary, so you can see all your stats in one place after stacking workouts like a maniac
- Nutrition labels now scale properly by servings -- because "2 servings" should actually mean twice the calories, not just vibes
- Your goal streaks now count today, so you can stop panicking that your streak broke when it didn't
- Watch complications now show up properly in tinted mode, looking all sleek and official
- Heart rate animations on your Watch now chill out when the screen dims -- saving battery and my sanity
- Fixed sleep monitor bedtime tracking so it actually catches those pre-midnight sleep sessions and shows consistent stats
- Squashed a bug where copying a food log kept resetting the date picker to today like it had amnesia
Now go hit those goals. I'm watching.
3.1.4 Apr 2
Well well well, look who came back for more. Bud's been putting in work! Let me catch you up.
- You can now earn Achievements for hitting health milestones! Biological age, goal streaks, zone minutes, and perfect sleep scores. Flex on your friends by sharing them.
- Apple Watch complications look proper in tinted mode. No more weird color vibes on your watch face.
- Fixed the workout countdown sound so it stops being dramatic at the wrong times.
- The effort picker on Apple Watch actually lets you navigate now, revolutionary concept I know.
- Drink unit localization got a tune-up. Your water intake tracks correctly no matter where you are.
Go earn some achievements!
3.1.3 Mar 5
Hey, it's me, Bud! I've been busy while you were sleeping (unlike some of us — I see those sleep stats).
Here's what's new:
- Your workouts now record routes, so you can flex on everyone with your favourite running paths
- I fixed how your nutrition macros are calculated — no more HealthKit guesswork, just the real deal from what you actually logged
- Apple Watch workouts now have a countdown sound, because apparently y'all need a dramatic "3, 2, 1" moment
- You can now switch between mass and servings when viewing food items — options are a beautiful thing
- Heart rate recovery stats now show this week AND last week, so you can see how much better (or worse, no judgment) you're doing
- Squashed a bunch of bugs with drink units, workout notifications, and effort tracking that were mildly annoying me
Now go drink some water. Seriously.

Hey, Bud here! I’ve been busy polishing things up. Here’s what’s new:
[[ A brand-new drinks logging experience ]]
You can now log lots of different drinks using all kinds of containers. Cups, glasses, cans; if you drink it, I can track it.
[[ A calmer, cleaner look ]]
I freshened up the app with a more neutral black-and-white style. Easier on the eyes, easier to focus on what matters.
[[ Clearer sleep charts ]]
Your individual sleep night view is now easier to read, with clearer insights into how you actually slept.
[[ Even Smarter Biological Age ]]
Alcohol tracking and smoking status are now factored in, making your Biological Age more accurate than ever.
[[ Fixes & tune-ups ]]

- Fixed a bug where my insights weren’t regenerating properly (sorry about that)
As always, I’ll keep watching your data so you don’t have to.

Bloom 3.0: Know Your Baseline
This is a big one. Bloom 3.0 is all about understanding your normal; and letting you know when things drift.
[[ Deeper insights in the You tab ]]
Metric detail screens have been upgraded with richer context, trends, and explanations so you can better understand why a number looks the way it does.
[[ Improved Biological Age ]]
We’ve refined the Biological Age formula to better reflect how your health is changing over time. Same philosophy, smarter weighting, more accurate signal.
[[ Introducing the Monitor tab ]]
Your health isn’t static, so why should your health app be? Bloom now watches for changes relative to your baselines, not generic averages.
The new Monitor tab tracks your personal baseline across:
- Stress & Workout Load
- Recovery & Sickness
- Sleep Quality & Rhythm
When something starts to drift out of whack, Bloom will let you know with a gentle alert so you can act early, not after things spiral.
Monitors are calculated privately on-device.
Thanks for growing with Bloom

What’s new:
- Biological Age powered by your health, fitness, sleep, and nutrition data (now calculated entirely on-device!)
