See the time you have left, and make it count. Habits, streaks, countdowns, and your whole day in one calm, ADHD-friendly app. Build habits, keep streaks and plan ahead.
Left is a time-awareness app built on one idea: your time is limited, and seeing it changes how you use it. Left turns time into something you can see, then helps you act on it with habits, streaks, countdowns, and a planner for your day.
See the year, month, week, day, and your whole life as grids of symbols that dim as time passes. Build the habits that shape who you become. Protect the streaks worth keeping. Count down to the dates ahead. Plan the day in front of you. It all lives in one calm, considered app, and extends onto your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy.
TIME LEFT
See where you are in the year, month, week, day, hour, and your life. Each unit is a symbol; the past dims, what remains stays in view. Your life in weeks, year progress, and life progress, made tangible. Choose dots, symbols, colors, and layouts. A quiet, honest way to face limited time without it becoming morbid.
HABITS & STREAKS
Left is a habit tracker for the person you are trying to become. Build habits on any schedule: daily, several times a day, weekly, monthly, or custom. Track streaks and protect them, count the days since anything that matters, and set reminders so nothing slips. And you don't have to do it alone: share a habit or streak with a friend, keep each other accountable, and send kudos, cheers, and encouragement when it counts.
AHEAD - COUNTDOWNS & DATES
Add the dates that pull you forward: trips, birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, weddings, deadlines, retirement, and personal milestones. Count down to each one, import from Apple Calendar, and track both the days until and the days since. New: every Ahead date now has its own to-do list, so you can plan the small tasks that make the date happen and check them off as it approaches. Share an Ahead date with a friend, follow it side by side, comment, and add to-dos together on joint dates.
PLANNER
All-new, and the heart of your day. Planner pulls everything that matters into one beautiful, time-first view: your habits, streaks, Ahead dates, Apple Calendar events, Apple Reminders, weather, sleep, and workouts, together at last. Not another calendar, but a clear, calm picture of what the day is actually asking of you. Because everything lives in one place instead of five apps, Planner is a quiet ally for ADHD minds: see the whole day at a glance and miss nothing. Two new widgets come with it: a Planner widget and a Calendar widget for your Home Screen.
FRIENDS
All-new. Add the people who matter and keep each other moving. Stay accountable on the habits and streaks you share, join an Ahead date together, comment, add to-dos, and stay in the loop as it counts down. Private by design, with no public feed.
TEMPLATES
All-new, and the fastest way to start. Choose from hundreds of ready-made habits, streaks, and countdowns, set up in seconds. With built-in Unsplash integration, add a beautiful photo to any habit, streak, or date in a single tap.
WIDGETS, WALLPAPER & MORE
Over 20 widgets for Home Screen, Lock Screen, StandBy, and iPad. Widgets work as gentle visual reminders: your habits, streaks, and dates stay in sight without opening an app — a real help if you have ADHD or simply forget what's not in front of you. Turn your time-left grid into a dynamic Lock Screen wallpaper that updates as the days pass. Follow final countdowns and habit progress with Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. See your life progress, age, habits, and countdowns in You. Measure the exact distance between two dates with Time Between.
WHY LEFT
Other apps give you habits without design, or aesthetics without depth. Left combines both: the widget range, the design quality, and the full set of time tools, in one app made with restraint and taste.
Left is free to use. Left Premium unlocks deeper habits, streaks, dates, and the Planner, available as a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

I love this app for its simplicity in look but also the features that it has! Sure, you could be a little stumped because the app cost money to unlock all the features, however it’s a one time payment, and you choose how much you think is fair! I use this to track the days I workout and I run and so on and most importantly of all, when I send an email for recommendation and feedback on the app, Christian Rus (the developer) actually responds to the emails I send! Every single one of them he has gotten back in usually less than a day! Try the app out it’s pretty cool and the purchase was worth it for me at least.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful review!I do my best to respond quickly to every email, and I really appreciate feedback and suggestions, they genuinely help shape the app and its future updates. Thanks again for your support and for recommending the app to others :)
Incredible app w lots of potential

Amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Just needs some functions to get past half baked. Like notes is so bare bones, gotta hit enter so I can read the full note. A calendar scroll for notes would be neat. Removing photo from a card doesn’t work at the moment. And let me input my own death age manually. The blocks that fill in is really great but I HATE that it starts from the right going left and also that it isn’t perfectly aligned there’s an extra 2 on the right side for no reason. Why not 10 x 10 rows? Lastly, the your life in stages would be really cool if it was actually useful. Like if everything in track could be plugged into it and give me a look at how I spend my time that way? I’d like to hold onto this app for the rest of my life and I don’t regret the purchase. Pretty pls consider these suggestions. Thank u!

Thank you so much for your review and for the thoughtful suggestions!I’m currently working on improving the Notes experience. Notes weren’t originally a core part of the app, which is why they feel a bit bare‑bones right now, but I’m iterating on them so they become more useful and flexible over time.Regarding manually setting your own death age: that’s something I most likely won’t add. The idea behind the life view is to reflect the fact that we don’t really control how long we live, and the app tries to mirror that by not letting you arbitrarily choose a number. That constraint is part of the concept.I’m also working on making the charts more interesting and customisable. For now, they’re mainly meant as a quick way to see your life in different views, but I agree there’s a lot more potential there and I’m exploring ways to expand on it without losing the simplicity of the app. Thanks again for using the app and for taking the time to share detailed feedback, it really helps guide future updates.
Really cool app, but buggy most of the time.

I really love the widgets to keep track of the progress of hours, days, months etc. They’re minimal and really useful. However, it seems that every time the app is updated, a new bug is introduced almost without fail. As a dev myself, I know this can sometimes be hard to catch as new features are added, but as an user my experience has been frustrating as have to keep dealing with the bugs and hope it’s fixed in the next update. I hope you can consider adding some kind of bug report feature so we can let you know when something is not quite right. As for everything else, keep it up. I truly believe you have something special here.
Developer Response
Hey there, Sorry to hear that! Can you please let me know what is broken? So I can fix it. If is the widgets in tinted mode, that is fixed already with the last update. Thanks!
Wonderful App!

This app is a testament to how great apps can be! Simple, less size, no tracking / subscription, and so on.. Widgets for this app are also great! I really wish this app is recommended in App Store or more easily findable on App Store! Came across this app on X (Twitter). Feedback: I’m surprised that I can’t search for this App by name and find it easily in the search results. Is it because I already installed it? Still, it should show up in the results and have the Open button instead of Download, right? All recommendations are for other apps that are similar sounding (like Lyft) or that have the name left as a part of the title.
Developer Response
Thank you so much! We cannot control how App Store promotes the app and we are not going to fight on marketing with dodgy tricks to appear in search results easier. Hopefully the app will still grow by amazing users like you that just installs it and enjoy the app.PS: try the new update!
The biggest update in Left's history is here.
