Subscriptions
Plan Over Mood is free to download on the Apple Store. It offers two
flexible subscription options to fit your needs: monthly and annual. Both subscription options
include a 7-day free trial, giving you full access to all features so you can explore the app and
experience its benefits before committing. Subscription purchase will be applied to your Apple
account at the end of the trail or on the confirmation.
Unless cancelled within 24-hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions
automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can manage your subscription at any
time through your account settings. After purchase, refunds will not be provided for any unused
portion of the term. You agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions by downloading
and subscribing to Plan Over Mood.

I really enjoy the different exercise exercises you can do for each split. A lot of them taught me something new, which I really enjoy. When trialing the “work out like Diana”, I liked the way the workouts were split, as I split mine the same way, but I didn’t like that you had to reschedule every single one if you wanted to do the split in a different structure. For example, I like doing back and bicep on Tuesday and I wanted to fit into my current routine, but I had to continuously change every single exercise every time. The app itself is a little clunky when going into the settings and account and subscription. There’s nowhere to cancel the subscription or view it. It takes you to a dead page. I had to completely delete my account. I think if the app was more user-friendly, I would definitely use it a lot more and it would be worth paying for.

The idea is to give you full flexibility to move sessions around your week without being locked into a fixed schedule. That said, we understand that the experience around doing this could feel smoother, especially when adjusting an entire split to fit a different routine. Been following Diana for a long time and always loved the way she trained and when she came out with the app I was excited I had to try! I can say the way you see her train and sweat is exactly how this plan leaves you! I’ve explored several programs and this is by far my fav! Completed a 24 week program by her and started my second 24week program! The only tiny flaw I would say id like them to add is a timer! Highly recommend 🩵

Billing system is terrible

I tried cancelling the subscription before my trial ended, but there was no where to find where to cancel it. I got charged, still trying to search where to find the cancellation. I contacted their support and I never got a response. Apple Support could not help me since the charge is through their own billing system and not through Apple. Now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge and get a new card. Do not subscribe to this app.
