This update fixes cases where drink counts could jump or show incorrect daily or weekly totals after logging from Apple Watch or the watch widget, especially when your iPhone was not nearby. Additionally, drink stats should now stay more consistent across iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets, and Apple Health. Also includes general reliability improvements and bug fixes.

Measurement system support! This has been requested for a while, now it's here! Intake now supports multiple measurement systems so your tracking aligns with local standards: - Drinks: The default (how Intake currently works), aligned with Apple Health. 1 drink = 1 standard serving. - UK Units: 1 unit = 10ml pure alcohol. A pint of beer is about 2.3 units. - EU Drinks: 1 drink = 10g pure alcohol. A half-liter beer is about 2 drinks. What this means for you: - Unit Breakdown (Plus): The Stats tab now shows a per-drink-type breakdown converted to your chosen system (e.g., "2 beers = 4.1 units" in UK mode), with a subtotal in local units. - Smarter goal suggestions: When you switch systems, Intake suggests daily and weekly goals based on local health guidelines. - Auto-detection: Intake detects your region and picks the right system automatically. You can always change it in Settings → Measurement System. - Apple Health stays simple: Each +1 still logs one drink to Apple Health, regardless of your measurement system. Unit-aware tracking is handled entirely within Intake. You can also switch systems anytime! Logged data doesn't change, just how it's displayed. This update has a couple of bug fixes and new navigation across dates for trends charts: - Calendar: Tapping a date on the calendar now reliably opens that day's entry, not today's. Previously, selecting a past date could default to today's diary entry. - Calendar: The selected date no longer jumps back to today after saving an entry. Browse and edit past days without interruption. - Stats: The "Average Per Week" calculation now uses the full time span since you started tracking, not just weeks with logged entries. This fixes an issue where the average could go up after a drink-free day. - Trends: All charts (Trends, Drink Types, and Drinking Patterns) now have navigation arrows so you can look back at previous weeks, months, and years.

This release adds in the ability to add drink logs for previous days (thanks Alex!) and ensures they're logged into Health and can be updated or changed. There's also a couple of bug fixes around showing the calendar drink indicator, and sets some groundwork around adding in support for units (like those used in the UK) in a future release.

New: Now you can export your history to CSV! On the Settings screen, tap the new option to explore to CSV and on the export screen, tap again and save the CSV file wherever you'd like. Currently the file will export all data with the date and number of drinks included.

Bug fix: - Previously, older drink records from Health before Intake was installed weren't being shown in the app. This fixes that issue and those will now appear. New: - To make importing older data easier, a new Settings page was added that allows you to import farther back than just one year which is the current default.

This update adds in a new drink type chart--if you log the types of drinks you have, then the counts of each will be shown on this new chart and can be filtered daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Thank you for supporting and using Intake!

New! Apple Watch app--log drinks, symptoms and see your progress right from your watch! You can also enable haptics when drinks are added and remove references to Drinks from the screen for privacy. Note: on first launch the Watch app will ask for your permission to write health data. Some other updates in this release: - Improved handling for drink free days--now these will show up as empty on the calendar, even if you didn't open the app that day. - Added in some UI tweaks for a cleaner experience Hope you enjoy the new features in this release, including the brand new Watch app!

Tweaked: - Calendar now only shows up to the current date as selectable for a clearer UI. - Made the calendar fill out more of the view so it's easier to read. Fixed: - When editing the amount for today down to 0, it would stop at 1 instead of going down to 0 as expected. - When backdating drinks, if none were logged for the day in Health, it would remain at zero. Now, they'll be properly logged to Health.

New: - Support for removing drink logs for a day. Tap on any date in the calendar and you can update the count for the date up or down and adjust if needed. If you've granted Health access, this will also be reflected in the Health app as well for the given date. Fixed: - Issue in some cases where the current date wouldn't be selectable.
