When you start to quit, you’re trying to overcome the urges and the associated dopamine hit that comes with it.This app makes you look forward to the next goal. 15 minutes after quitting and you’re already getting benefits of stopping. Great app! Would love more quitting apps like this one!

Remembering why you started in the first place and it’s your life. You don’t get a second chance if you drink again..you can live the better, healthier version. The choice is your’s. This app helps me because it helps remind me of why I’m doing it and why I should not give up.

I really like this app , it offer support and also offers a cut down limit , not just a fully quit . It quite easy to use and I like it marks every second you don’t drink . I would give this a 5 stars for how easy it is to use and how much I enjoy it .

I can’t believe how doing nothing more than working with an app could help me control my desire for alcohol. I’m taking the money I save and putting it in a savings account. And every day that I look at it I feel that the app is giving me an AttaGirl!
