The capabilities that are offered to you with this app are ginormous. I am a small business owner and enjoy learning. Obviously as a business owner you want to continue to learn and what this app has offered to me as a note-taking app is beyond what you think a note-taking app can do. I upload a lot of audiobooks and the app systematically summarizes it for me concisely and leaves me a to-do list with it as well. It just really makes my life simple.The biggest selling point that I think you should consider this app for is all of the information that you store on the app. You can ask the AI to search all of the information that you would need within that category and industry expert teas that you're in and summarize it in a way that you need it so that you can use the information readily that you stored on the app. That in itself is worth the price!

From there, I brought everything into CapCut, where I refined the audio, synced and spliced the video, added clean, easy-to-follow text overlays, and layered in subtle mid-tone background music to elevate the overall feel.The final result is a smooth, professional, and highly informative video series that not only explains the process step-by-step, but also keeps viewers engaged from start to finish. It’s a perfect blend of clarity, creativity, and polish—exactly what you want in educational content.

I’m a teacher and small business owner, and it helps me review and understand information in long videos that I have to watch, it helps me make sense of my own thoughts just by dictating what’s on my mind, and it helps my wife with the weekly meetings for the board she is secretary for. She has to keep track of minutes and create and share summaries of what happened at the meetings. CraftNote has literally given us back hours of our day. You also have the option of making your summaries more or less in depth, so if it doesn’t have enough detailed information, you can ask it to create a more detailed one. It will also directly convert and send your summaries, in whatever format you like, through email, text, or many other options. In my honest opinion, it is more than worth the money!

Essentially, it’s a good app. But it has problems. 1, financial lack of transparency. Google says it’s free - WRONG. It’s a 3-day trial. Trial signup page says it’s $2/week - WRONG. It’s $79/year due at the end of the trial. No way to change it to a monthly or say ‘I’ll give my credit card later’. You’re forced to accept it in order to continue with the setup process. 2, notes are not a uniform layout and there is no export feature so I have to copy and paste the notes into a separate doc that I will have to clean up and format later before I can utilize it. 3, daily limit inconsistency. I have Pro for the duration of the trial. Pro is stated to have unlimited everything including uploads. But I was hit with a daily limit of 39 videos which is not sufficient for my project. Is it unlimited or not?! Oh and when I tried to leave a review, it asked me to email the CEO DIRECTLY, INSTEAD of leaving a review! How weird is that?! These are my biggest issues.
