Hid the button to confirm address the app wanted to use. I by passed this by putting the address in all capital letters- the app liked that for some reason. Writing my own card got stuck in a view that I could not see what I was typing. Credit card payment not recognized - tried two different cards, VISA & American Express. Finally went to Apple Pay which worked. Putting a reward in first, then shopping for the main gift made two orders with two delivery fees. No slider was present to combine the orders. (I deleted those and started the order with the main gift, then added the reward - that worked as one order with one delivery fee, and I saw the slider that would let me separate the order if I had wanted to.)

I have had good experiences with edible but lately not so much. May 3rd I got an email saying I needed to order now to get mother’s day delivery so I did. I ordered a gift to be delivered on may 9 so mom would have flowers for mother’s day. Order does not show up on may 9. I call may 10 to ask what is up. I am told for reasons that are not known the flowers will not be there until may 11. Of all the orders to screw up. Ruined mother’s day. So 2 days late was the best they could do. I order a lot of gifts thru edible over the years but as soon as I get my money back from them I am deleting my account and chucking the app.

Edible Arrangements has delivered the worst online experience I’ve had in a long history of internet shopping. First, I entered major difficulty moving my purchase selections to the shopping cart. Second, the app refused to process 3 credit cards I use on a daily basis, citing “incomplete” information. In each instance I had accurately entered all items requested. Ultimately I was unable to do business with Edible Arrangements and will not seek to do so again. Based on most recent customer reviews, my experience was far from unique. Looks like a golden opportunity for some competent competition.
